Cabover truck camper for sale. It's nice and cozy. Everything works. Made in 1971. Stove, sink, bathroom, and fridge, dinette, closets, shelves, bedroom, section divider curtains, all there. The fridge can be used by electricity or by gas from propane tank. Comes with its 2 original propane tanks that came with the camper. There are two primary areas of water damage(the bedroom area and the shelf going along the dinette), couple torn patches on dining cushions. We believe electric rewiring is required because the last owner told us is not done correctly although still works. The inside door handle is broken(as in the bar handle snapped off but the base is still connected and still works) although replacement still recommended. The screen to the window next to the door is torn and also needs replacement. Great for projects. Please also note that it is made of wood so it is very heavy and dangerous. This is for someone experienced with this kind of laborwork. We have not used anything in it ourselves except added temporary curtains but the previous owner demonstrated to show that everything works and will have it plugged in and turned on for you to see it as well. If you are looking for a project, live in a truck, or looking for a small cheap trailer home and know how to rewire and replace the water damaged wooden parts or know someone who can, then this is perfect for you. There is a folding screen between the kitchen and dinette that when closed makes it feel like there's three sections to the home and privacy for the dinette to be it's own room which is really nice along with the bathroom. The dinette converts to a bed for two people, with the bedroom fitting up to three, altogether five people can sleep in this cozy trailer home. Come take a look! $250 or best offer. Selling as is.
