Description

A first-year variety 1909 Lincoln Wheat Cent with the designers (Victor David Brenner) initials V.D.B. boldy displayed between the two wheat stalks on the reverse side. When this penny first came out congress didn’t like the initials being displayed so prominently so they made the Mint remove it part way through the year. This coin also has a planchet lamination error near Abe’s forehead. I meet at the Food Lion in Randleman, NC if interested. #coins
