Use an embedded 7” HD Smart Touchscreen display to follow your favorite iFIT Trainers as they coach you through exciting Studio Classes and breathtaking Global Workouts - all while auto-adjusting your treadmill’s speed and incline for a fully immersive experience. With iFIT’s Pro membership (not included), you can track individual workout history, personal fitness metrics, and preferred trainers. The NordicTrack T 7.5 S is powered by a SMART-Response motor and features a 20” x 55” treadmill belt with FlexSelect deck cushioning for a more comfortable run and recovery. Using your own Bluetooth connected heart rate monitor, ActivePulse technology can adjust your treadmill’s speed and incline to make sure you stay in your target heart rate zone. Embedded controls allow you to self-adjust your speed between 0-12 MPH and your incline up to 12% if you ever need to change the difficulty of your iFIT workout. If you do make adjustments, iFIT technology takes note and will adjust your next session accordingly.
