We arrived in Everett expecting adequate service and a decent display of wheel chairs. We had an appointment; sadly we left really disappointed. We needed a lift and chair, but after 2 hours of waiting (time wasted by staff training the man that was "helping" us) we left with no bids on a chair and an incomplete bid on a lift. It was like one incompetent person training another that person - neither of which knew what they were doing. My wife is disabled and we needed a wheel chair...VERY disappointed in the selection (or lack of same) of chairs. We went to another store and left with the chair we wanted

Wonderful costumer service and mechanics. They went above and beyond to help us out when we went in with concerns about my dad’s ramp not coming out right on his van. It stopped working after bringing it to a different location and after coming here it is working better than new. They also immediately told us about a recall that would help with other issues and made the process with the warranty and getting it replaced extremely easy. The recall was not brought up at the previous location so we were very grateful they told us about it. We will only come here for any issues in the future and 1000% recommend this location.

I just got a wheelchair van for my brother and he is very tall in his wheelchair. I worked with Don Prescott to get the van and he walked me through every step made sure I got a van that would work for his height and kept in constant contact until I got what I needed. Exceptional service and every member I met was great and helpful. I would totally recommend the Everett branch. Just amazing

Jeff Green was incredibly helpful when I needed to buy a new conversion van for my
son whose wheelchair bound. He helped us decided on a Toyota Sienna VMI conversion and it’s the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. He answered every question I had to with knowledge and kindness. He made the process painless. We’ve also had my old van serviced and repaired by Kersey and it was done in a timely manor. Highly recommend for anyone needing a conversion vehicle.

We have had many excellent experiences with Kersey Mobility since buying our van five years ago from the prior business at the Everett location.  Maintenance and minor repairs with Kersey have been completed on time and at a reasonable price.  Most recently, the side rails of the under floor ramp separated into three pieces, the result of a  friend sliding a heavy large box down the ramp while I was looking for our dolly.  I called Kersey desperate as the van is our transportation and mobility.   After the Manager and Sales person took our van to Kersey Everett, I waited for the  phone call expecting weeks of work and a huge bill.  We were very happy to find that the van was done the same day at modest cost; and that the ramp has worked perfectly since the repairs five months ago. I would recommend Kersey aka Ability Center to all ramp van owners for maintenance of their mobility equipment. Thank You!
