Started with just a 10ft hull. Put many hours of work stripping down to bare metal and then adding new 1in square aluminum pipes to the inside to reinforce the floor, same aluminum used for framing out the deck, then 1/2inch plywood used to create the deck and floor. Used marine sealant on all seams on the inside and used TotalBoat Aluminum barrier for the bottom covered by a coat of sprayon bedliner to add some textur, durability and longevity. Carpeted the entire area, rebuilt the transom using 3/4 inch plywood, bondo fiberglass resin and sealed all botls with marine grade sealant. Created a bait well under the back seat (pump included). Both boat and trailer are registered and have a title for the boat. Trolling motor only used once. The trailer was purchased from marine salvage and I replaced the wench and painted it. Very solid. I only got to take it out one time at Walsingham park. Since then have not had the time to use it like I anticipated. Only thing that will need to be updated soon is the trailer tires. They hold air, but only for a few days before flat. They are old. As mentioned, spent a lot of time and work on this project, so only real offers please.
