I went in after being denied from another dealership. The young man was very professional. He answered all my questions and helped navigate through the lending process. I walked out with a good truck and a wonderful experience. Both of the employees had positive personalities and made the whole process easier than I expected. Please give Global vip a chance for your car need.

My family and I had an amazing experience. We were very hesitant about shopping for new car since it’s been years. Yulisa  was amazing. She made the process very easygoing and comfortable. She listened answered and cared for all my concerns and questions.  Worked with us. They made my children feel welcomed. Very professional and courteous staff . Thank you we definitely recommend you guys.

I don’t recommend that anyone purchase a vehicle from these dishonest people. When I purchased my vehicle on 4/26/25 the car had a shake and I was guaranteed that it was brakes and rotors that needed to be changed. I agreed to go ahead and purchase the vehicle and bring it back to get that done. On May 3 I called and spoke with yulissa and let her know that I would be there on 5/5/2025 to get the brakes and rotors done. She said that’s a great time and he already has the parts. So when I arrive on 5/5/2025 there is a young female that didn’t have a clue what was going on and stated that the parts had not even been bought. They loaned me a rav 4 so I could go somewhere for a couple of hours. I kid you not this rav 4 was not even in safe working order. Anyway 3 hours later after arguing back n forth they had the brakes and rotors done. On my way home the car still continued to shake. I called my mechanic and went straight there. The 2 back tires were bumpy and separating. This could have killed myself and or my kids. This damage was not visible to the naked eye however these crooks knew this bc they took them off to change the brakes and rotors. Again do not do business with these people.

Our daughter bought her first used car here, we understand it was purchased as is… but the lot had integrity about what it sells you and is honest. But after 48hrs of our daughter having the car engine light comes on, car making a noise, my daughter takes it to a mechanic shop, and was given a list of issues and being told the engine is no good, and not worth repairing car and someone cleared the diagnostic codes (which is fraudulent) We were told by a woman that the owner would call. Owner never called. My husband was told she purchased as is, my husband stated the car was misrepresented , and we have an auto shop stating codes were cleared. We just wanted the shop to do right by its customers. So now we have to file complaints, and take the legal action.
Do not do business here. They are misleading …….and don’t want to do the right thing!!! So sad!!!

Our experience with global motors was exceptional. Manuel worked hard to get us what we wanted highly recommended if your in need of a vehicle.
