7 Vintage Pisco Inca liquor bottles, INCA PISCO LIMA, PERU BOTTLES, CASA RANUZZI  Pic's #1 - #3, #5 - #7 are empty and #4 is still sealed with Pisco untouched, it is a type of brandy, which is to say that it's a spirit distilled from wine or fermented fruit juice. Beyond that, it's far removed from, and in some ways even diametrically opposed to, the type of brandy that most people conjure up in their heads, namely, well-aged Cognac. Pisco (from Quechua: pisqu, little bird) is a South American liquor distilled from grapes. Developed by Spanish settlers in the sixteenth century, it takes its name from the conical pottery in which it was originally aged, which was also the name of one of the sites where it was produced: Pisco, in the Viceroyalty of Peru. The first vineyards were planted in the coastal valleys in the Viceroyalty. The drink is a widely consumed spirit in the nations of Bolivia, Chile and Peru. Bottled by Casa Ranuzzi, Lima, Peru. **Bottle #4- Vintage Collectible Peruvian Black Glass Bottle made by Ranuzzi in Lima, Peru in the 1960's. The bottle and the original cork is down in the neck. (I have not removed it). The bottle holds 750 ml of Inca Pisco brandy. It stands 11 1/2" tall, 3" wide and 3 1/2" from front to back. The finish is satin matte black and is a Peruvian Native sitting figure. There are some minor scuff. But no chips or cracks. On  the figure in front it is embossed with Lima, Peru. The bottom back is embossed with 750 ml. The bottom of the bottle is marked Ranuzzi, Lima Peru and R.I. 5917. Great decor or bar piece.  Because it is RARE I would like to sell it by it self no less than  $110. But , I am willing and prefer to to sell as a bundle .
