ready to be converted into whatever you want, I bought it back in 2016 & had the whole frame, insulation & wiring fully replaced by SmithBuilt they also removed the plumbing so there is no bathroom/kitchen which makes this camper a great candidate for a she-shed, boutique etc. the inside is in fair condition could definitely use some tlc but is still in good shape, it’s currently rolling not sure how much tread the tires have but it’s got no issues moving. Great little camper only thing it could use is some creativity!
