2007 Itasca Navion 23B - Rare bunk model

Super clean and excellent shape Winnebago/Itasca View/Navion motorhome with the very desirable 5 cylinder Mercedes Diesel Sprinter engine. I've gotten as high as 17mpg unloaded, and towing trailers I get between 13mpg and 15mpg. I've owned this rare gem for the last year and a half, and wouldn't sell, except for I have to build a house. Extremely rare rear bunk model with NO slide out. Has over cab bed with memory foam mattress, couch that doubles as dinette and bed, and memory foam pads in the bunks.  It's not real often people can say everything works on their motorhome, but I can confidently say it all works. I know because we just finished a 4000 mile road trip where we used everything, and the motorhome performed excellent. We towed a tandem axle enclosed trailer with trailer brakes, which worked great with the in cab controller. Has 72000 miles on the clock. Clean title in hand, ready to sell.
