The Bowflex Revolution Home Gym is a compact unit and offers approximately more than 100 exercises and core and abs workout, on single equipment. It has elastic straps that tighten up and are connected to one central point to lend SpiraFlex resistance technology that is similar to lifting heavy weights. You can adjust the resistance between 10 to 220 pounds for your workout and do your muscle exercises in 10 different settings and various angles.
