Came in earlier today looking for my first car with my grandfather/dad for my graduation. When we arrived Joe came right out to greet us. He showed us pictures of what they had on the lot from the website and was patiently going through pros and cons with us. He showed us all 4 cars that I liked and were also in our price range. He didn’t push on our budget or try to change our minds. He was friendly, genuine, and patient. After the test drive of my lovely new vehicle he walked my dad through the process step by step. Was very straightforward and even offered us beverages. He asked me if I had any requests  or concerns. There were some stickers and decals from the past owner of the vehicle that I did not personally reside with. He took that down so they can remove them during the cleaning. I am so grateful and absolutely over the moon with our purchase. As a teenage girl adopted by her great grandparents affordability was not only important to them but me aswell. Thank you ocean state auto sales for not only a great vehicle but also for not breaking the bank.

Im giving it four stars for Joe going above and beyond for us, when purchasing the Ford Escape. However, I do feel there is an Individual there who needs to learn better social skills, but I will leave it at that. Thanks for the help Joe, love the vehicle and appreciate you going above and beyond for us.

Thank you to Ocean state auto sales for an amazing experience! I had purchased a car 1.5 years ago from the old managers, and sadly was in an accident over the summer. The team was there for me from beginning to end, and helped me get into another beautiful car! They are so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They treat you like family and I would recommend them to anyone!
