Very Rare 1988 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS Turbo 1/16 Scale Factory Promo New In Box -Auction is for a rare, die-cast 1988 Mitsubishi Eclipse promo made only in 1988 by Diamond Star in Taiwan for sale by Mitsubishi dealers in the USA. The doors, hatch, hood and lights all open and close. The wheels turn left and right with the steering wheel. It has a fully functioning suspension. The engine is well detailed. The model measures 11"long X 5" wide X 3" high. -The car is new in the box - I removed it for the first time to take these photos. I placed the radio antenna on the rear fender for the photos and then returned it to its styrofoam compartment in the model's original box. -The model is painted the factory color Maranello Red (a bright red) with a black roof and a two tone grey plastic interior. The instrument panel is highly detailed The model has no chips, scratches or missing parts. All decals are in perfect condition. -The original box, which is in excellent condition, fully describes features of the model as well as those of the real car. It is coded MMSA-MDS-3571 Mitsubishi Motor Sales of America Inc. The car is wrapped in a plastic bag fully protected by a styrofoam container. -This 24 year old model is rarely offered for sale. It will make a great addition to your collection!
