Machine only. Missing side IO cover. Screen takes a bit to warm up but machine is fully functional. CD, USB, HDD all fine. Can include an Apple Pro keyboard and mouse for $15 extra. The pro keyboard and mouse while technically not original to this version of iMac (came standard with the later revision) are superior to the terrible ones this machine would of originally come with.
