Had a great buying experience at westcoast auto. Joseph is the man, he really went above and beyond to make our purchase as seamless as possible. Thanks to everyone who made it possible for us to drive off in our new Honda. Joseph, Sheldon, Chris you guys are amazing. The whole staff here is awesome! We'll be buying our next car here in the future.

If you want to be scammed this is the BEST dealership to go to!! Let me tell you about my experience at West Coast Auto Sales. I went in to test drive a car I found and when they gave me the key, the car would not start. He asked if my foot was on the brake.. then he realized the battery was dead. They then had to jump start the far just for it to start. When the car finally started, the check engine light came on, which they claimed was from the battery. The icing on the cake was the gas light also being on, there were 5 whole miles worth of gas in the car right before a test drive. All I could do is hope is the car didn't stop in the middle of the street during the test drive! After this, I went to talk numbers with the salesman. Suddenly, there were $5,000 worth of “necessary dealer add ons” to the car that couldn’t be taken off. I was going to bring my own financing from my bank so I asked for a purchase order, to which these shady salesman told me that it was company policy to not do purchase orders & that they don’t accept checks from any credit union except Navy Federal & that the only way I could purchase the car is if I financed through them. I thought that this was a scam so I asked ChatGPT which confirmed the whole thing. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want be scammed & sucked into a predatory high interest loan!

I came to the dealer And meet the salesman help me to see the car I want to buy. We went through the price and the document fee and within an hour we agree make a deal and I bought a car. And the manager come out to shake my hand and congratulation me to get the car. And everybody over there is very nice communicate in good business matter and after everything done I’m Leaving with a happy face. I would a man, friends and family member to come to buy car from that dealer his West Coast auto sale. By the way, the salesman that I deal with his name is Joseph and the financing guy is Chris. Very nice thank you
