Defects & imperfections – please check pictures made under the bright light & magnification: light utensil and surface marks on several plates (not obvious unless angled toward bright light) Fascinating Fun Facts: • Hazel-Atlas produced the Newport “Hairpin” pattern from 1936–1940, named for its repeating arc motif resembling 1930s metal hairpins. • Cobalt blue was their most iconic and best-selling color during the Depression era. • These 8.5” plates were originally marketed as dessert or luncheon plates, perfect for pastries, fruit, and small meals.
