Trailer stored in a conditioned garage every winter. Owned by an engineer, so any Jayco shortcoming has been extensively upgraded/resolved. Upgrade list at bottom of listing. We're only selling the trailer because we built a cabin and no longer need the trailer. We very comfortably towed with our half-ton truck with trailer brakes. I removed the entire underbelly, foam/steel wool filled 100% of penetrations, then reinstalled underbelly and foam/steel wool sealed this secondary layer. Did the same for 100% of exterior penetrations, adding bug screens and wire mesh everywhere. Eliminated any bug or rodent risk. - Added additional 12v/120v supply runs and conduit throughout underbelly for future upgrades - Added JT Strong Arm stabilizers to eliminate shake of long trailer.
