You guys, we had the best time yesterday! We were barely in the lot for two minutes before Skyler came out and greeted us! We expressed interest in the Pilot so he got us the keys and took us for a test drive! He also showed us the new versus used options but once we looked at all the rates, the new Pilots just made more sense for us! Skyler is just really down to earth, personable, and not pushy at all so we would highly recommend! I purchased a CRV on July 1st and I am writing this review a month afterwards. Brett Wiggins is an excellent salesman and helped me from the moment I walked in until I left. I did not make his life any easier by wanting to drive out that day in a CRV, arguably Americas most desired SUV but he made it happen. His no pressure and cool- approach made this a memorable car buying experience. Then a month later gives me a call to make sure the car is working for my family and if there is anything else he can do. Any dealership would be honored to have him as an employee. Totally unprofessional, no support on complaints and no customer satisfaction.. they are too pricey when you buy a car from them comparing two Nashville dealership  and too pricey when you do service and too cheap to give you a coupons  go to the dealership i go because i expect a high  quality of service as well as customer care . I purchased my Honda CRV in February 2019. I had a great dealer experience. Since then, I had visited many times for service and for some peculiar problems with my vehicle. Unfortunately, I had some problems with the cruise control which is usually not the case. However, Honda of Murfreesboro has always taken care.

They ensure complete thoroughness in whatever they do. Each time they have exceeded my expectations and made my experience memorable. Mr. Archie, the Service Director is the best. I talked to him over the phone once and he told me to come next day. He himself rode with me and understood the cruise control problem, which I had since months.

Mr. Archie personally ensured that my problem is resolved and even got the special approval from Honda to replace the front camera. I met Mr. Archie first time but he made me feel special and gave personal attention.

All dealers are have almost similar high quality products but Honda of Murfreesboro stands out in service and offers something extraordinary experience. The service department took more than I expected (a whole week) to replace the camera but I choose to ignore that considering they have to order the parts and their busy schedule and excellent world class service.

The waiting area is very nice with coffee and snacks. Very clean facility with wonderful ambiance.
