This 1999 Tioga is one of my favorites because it has a ton of windows—most RVs feel dark and closed off, but this one is airy and inviting. • Engine/Generator: Powered by a dependable Ford Triton gas engine. Runs and drives. The generator needs a new spark plug wire (current one is damaged). Needs a new battery as well. • Mileage: Odometer shows approx. 89,000 miles. • Tires: Good tread, ready for the road. • Plumbing: Sinks work great. • Interior: • Front leather seats in good condition. • Booth seats could use reupholstering (customize to your taste). • Sleeps up to three: booth bed, over-cab loft, and rear bed. • Appliances: Refrigerator works great. It’s a high-end model that runs on propane, gas, or 12-volt power. • Condition: Patched annually for leaks, so it’s functional but not perfect. Used mainly as a guest space since the 2018 Woolsey Fire. • Paperwork: Needs to be put back in order. Sold with bill of sale from the yard I bought it from and a bill is sale from me. This Tioga has served well as a ranch guest camper, but I’ve got too many RVs and no longer need it. If you want a solid motorhome with lots of character, light, and potential, this could be the one.
