I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Affinity Auto Sales, even though I was buying from out of state and sight unseen—which naturally made me a bit skeptical at first.

Henry was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to send me a detailed video of the vehicle and even did a FaceTime call so I could see the car more closely and listen to the engine running in real time. Even after that, I was still a little hesitant, so I arranged for a third-party inspection. Henry was incredibly accommodating with scheduling and even provided a lift so the inspector could fully check the undercarriage.

The inspection report came back very detailed and extremely clean, with only a few minor, low-risk items. That gave me the confidence to move forward with the purchase.

When I arrived at the dealership, Henry greeted me right away and took me to see the vehicle. I was honestly amazed, it looked even more beautiful in person than it did in the videos. The paperwork process was also very friendly and seamless.

The only minor disappointment was that when I started my 10-hour drive home, I noticed the fuel gauge was about half a tank. It wasn’t a big deal, but it would have been a nice touch to have it filled up for such a long trip.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with both my vehicle and the experience working with Henry at Affinity Auto Sales. I really appreciate the transparency, patience, and professionalism throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering buying a vehicle, especially if you’re purchasing from out of state.

Wow! This dealership is on it. My salesperson, Armin, was simply fantastic. He worked with me remotely on a tight time line to ship a used vehicle to me. He kept me so informed along the way. Two critical factors for peace of mind in car ownership are a competent, reliable, honest mechanic, and a competent, reliable, and honest procurer or source. I have had my mechanic (GF Auto in Wheaton) sorted. I have now found my procurer in Affinity Auto Sales in West Chicago.
The car that I purchased this month (Feb 2026) from Affinity Auto Sales in West Chicago is one that I had wanted for a long time. I would scour Carfax frequently and forward selections to Jon at GF for review. He rejected every single one, showing and telling me the red flags, which became my filters.
I came across the car in my continued search and was blown away by the specs; it was precisely what I wanted. I called Affinity for availability, Milton answered, confirmed it was available and I went over to inspect it.
Two things struck me about Affinity on visiting: quality of offering, and excellence of product delivery. They chose to sell quality cars that sets them apart regardless of the brand, and they ensure that they sell the cars in a better shape than they procured it. In my experience, that is rare in their line of business.
Regarding selection: The car is a 2009 SUV, the mileage, ownership history, maintenance record were very impressive. To me, it showed that they were selective in making choices of what to sell. Milton had it pulled out, I inspected and test drove it. It checked out very well.

Regarding delivery: When I returned, he says some additional work is scheduled to be done on the car; some hose replacement, a front sensor cover, and some dents.
•	A different dealership where I purchased the same brand but different trim of car from had refused to replace a similar missing sensor cover saying the price I’m paying was already low. I had to leave with a hole in the front bumper.
•	The dents he showed me were surprising to me. You had to search to see the dents; I thought “This SUV is in its 17th year of existence, and they believe a hardly visible dent has no place on the car”.
Milton told me that he’d give me a call when the car is ready to be picked up in about a week; all the work had been scheduled.

I picked up my Silver 2009 Volvo XC90 4.4L V8 DOHC 32V Yamaha Power Plant, more than pleased.

I have one more car that I’m in the hunt for; I’m just going to give them the brand, trim and specs and sit back…competent, reliable, honest.

Yati was amazing from first point of contact to even after I drove off with the Truck. I purchased a 2019 Chevy Silverado and honestly the vehicle was in perfect condition and at such a great price. I saw the vehicle on the CarGurus app and called as soon as the shop opened Yati answered the phone and all my questions. Since it was my first time using CarGurus I was a little skeptical that it was a scam because it was such a good deal. As soon as Yati heard I was skeptical he FaceTimed me on the spot and showed me the dealership and the vehicle I was interested in. After the phone call I wasn’t worried anymore and bought my flight from Georgia. The next day I arrived at 1130 and Yati was there on his day off to greet me and help me with the process. They knew I had a 13 hour drive ahead of me and I wanted to hurry up so they worked in a fast manner but still very efficiently, I signed my papers they filled up the gas and changed the key battery and I was out of there within 1 hour. After I bought the car I contacted Yati about what they used to clean the car because I wanted to get some myself since it was so good. He responded quickly and respectfully I got my answers and am very happy with all the service and conversations I had with them. Btw this is my 3rd car purchase the first at a Honda and second at a Toyota and by far was the best one in every aspect. Thank you Yati and thank you affinity!!
