Honda powered Craftsman 21" lawnmower Hi-Tunnel Mulcher, 5.5hp engine w/bag

Craftsman mower in overall very good condition. Honda 5.5hp engine...super reliable and quiet. I dont know what Honda calls it, but it has a super easy choke system that i like. Starts on first pull. Its set up to side discharge, mulch or rear bag. This model is self propelled but acts up and works only when it wants to. When it works It works well, which tells me its something simple. Im going to take it apart on Thursday at some point to fix it. Once fixed the price goes up to $160.
