1995 Flare Motorhome

Has some minor interior that can easily be fixed with the little love but you see in the pictures is how it looks it does not run it needs a gas pump other than that it does run I lived in it myself for about a year and a half it was passed down to me from my parents they had it and bought it brand new off the lot everything works we redid the roof so the air conditioner is not on top but we do have it but I do have two air conditioners inside the trailer in the windows I also have a portable air conditioner it does have heat it works water gas no problem and heat if you were to put the air conditioner on top of the roof again that would be central air conditioner as well the outside is it has its wear and tear it has one broken window in the back bedroom but it's sealed it was because we were trying to put a tarp over the roof only because the vents aren't in the roof because we redid it and when we were throwing the tarp on somebody put weight on the other end of the rope and unfortunately the weight went right through the window other than that everything's fine what you see is what you get it comes as is with some extras in it too because a lot of the things I don't need so if you don't want them you can get rid of them no low ballers I will not accept I know what this is worth and it's a great home to live in for a couple or even a couple with a baby it does have a full size bed in the back bedroom TV in the front it has the couch turns into a full size bed as well as a table turns into a twin bed it has a shower fully functionable fully functional bathroom
