Vintage Mortimer Snerd Ventriloquist Dummy Doll Puppet Creepy Halloween Decoration

This is a 1968 Celebrity Ventriloquist Doll made by Juro Novelty Toy Co. Mortimer Snerd was a famous Ventriloquist Doll who pretended to be stupid. The idea was created by Edgar Bergen for his radio show in the 1930's and 1940's. The doll measures approximately 30.” His head can be propped in place but is not attached. The string is still attached, but his mouth doesn't open and close. It would look great in a Haunted House or as a part of your Halloween Decorations.
