UPDATE March 2025

My 2016 Honda Odyssey had a bad radiator and was sold to me like this in February, 2025. I was putting coolant in and it was leaking everywhere. I don't know if the dealer knew it, I certainly did not know until I drove it a few times and it had a burning smell. Luckily, I had the warranty through GWC but my car has been in the shop now more than I've been able to use it. It's not a ding to the Roy or the manager but it certainly wasn't reported on mechanic inspection sheet. That unfortunately has left me with the repair process myself and I'm a bit disappointed that it wasn't checked as adding a bit of coolant would have been a obvious failure. Again, Roy was great as a seller but I feel like the mechanic who checked the vehicle should have noticed coolant coming out of the bottom. Now I can't use a vehicle that I desperately needed and it's sitting in a shop for going on two weeks waiting for GWC adjusters to approve the claim at Sun Auto on Stephanie.

Working with Roy was an excellent experience 👌 the place was clean and friendly. The process was simple and explained in detail. There is a lot of paperwork but it's like this at any dealership. They have a soda machine  and restroom in case you have to go during the process.

yesterday me and my family bought Volkswagen Tiguan and they exceeded my expectations! They walked us through the cars we were interested in and gave us amazing deal on this vehicle.. they’re team seems to be filled with genuine people. Michael, Julio, Roy all helped us yesterday and really tried to get us to a number we were comfortable with. 100% will return again to buy a car for my other daughter.

Roy had amazing customer service! He was able to get me approved for a car and have me out in less than a few hours! I most Definitely recommend.
