Bought our Mercedes SL500 from here! Taylor and Veronica were both so amazing and patient with us. They worked hard to ensure we got the interest rate and payment we were hoping for. The car is beautiful and we will definitely be coming back here for our next car.

It didn’t look like from the outside but the customer service from Silver Star was exceptional.  When I went to look at the  original car I found on their website, Taylor was nothing but helpful and let me take the car out for a test drive with no issue. After my wife found that car too small Taylor recommended the Santa Fe among other midsize SUVs they had available. Unlike other big dealers we went to, they didn’t add any unnecessary overhead cost to the car and still worked with us on the final quote. We left the lot with a very good deal and an extremely nice car. In addition Steve and Taylor worked with us when we found issues with the car and went as far as to giving us a loaner until those issues were resolved at no extra cost out of pocket. Steve is an extremely busy guy but I appreciated his attention to the matter and Taylor is an awesome salesperson. Thank you for treating us right and I would no doubt recommend Going to them for a good deal.

When they sold cars on 3rd street
They erased engine lights had a bad catilitic converter. Bought car was supposed to have a title . once I paid for the car they wanted another 400 in fees to get the title
They did do a smog for me  BUT I PAID FOR THAT TOO...
But I got ripped off. ..only bought the car because of the year and low mileage
Thought I was getting a good DEAL
