Thanks! 😁 Weight is 8440 Length 28’ Just bought this last Sunday and then lost my parking space in the countryside. Have it on my neighbors property and need to move it out. I’m adding the original ad text at the end here. Bought it from a young couple who used it at campsites. It looks like they attempted a few projects that may need some tlc - the floor and some painting on the slide out that needs another coat of white. I’ve bleach sanitized the interior since buying it. I have the title. Has everything and I'm told it all works but it's not hooked up so I can't confirm anything but the electric/lights. By the time we got it parked at midnight I jumped on, turned on the lights and looked around, and jumped off. The cord doesn’t reach the outdoor house plug from where it’s parked, so if you want to test anything maybe bring a generator or you can hook it to your truck like they did? Also the young owner who brought it apparently wasn’t the best at hauling & had to partly remove the awning bc he couldn’t center the trailer into the driveway although there’s space to do so- THE AWNING WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED OR REATTACHED BEFORE HAULING - if you’re not prepared to do that please avoid responding.
