Description

Up for sale today is a wonderfully kept vintage Nishiki Steel 56cm frame commuter style road bike. Lots of original components, but some necessary replacements while it was in my care. I am not an expert in vintage bikes but this has very classic 80s or 90s styling. I got the bike about three years ago used but have since replaced tubes, brake and shifter cables, saddle, bar tape, and brake pads. This is a smooth and grippy ride despite 28mm tires, the bike feels heavy and grounded. 2x6 gear shift with the classic lever style thats been dialed in as best as i could. Its also been through two checkups at the bike shop to include bearing grease. I have had a lot of compliments out riding. Next steps for it may include a wash and new tires and a new drive chain, but both have a lot of life in them. Ive since upgraded to this decade with a bh rs1 3.5 2x12 di2 endurance bike so no longer riding this old beauty.
