Description

2020 Forest River X-Lite floor plan T177BQ. Just over 22ft total length and 3400ishlbs. It has 42 gal fresh water, 22 gal gray water tank, 22 gal black water tank. Sleeps 5 with the camper queen up front, table collapses into a bed, and the bunk beds in the back. 3 burner stove, larger fridge and freezer, shower/tub combo, and plenty of storage for a smaller trailer. Can be towed with any half ton truck or SUV. Trailer will come with everything you need ie hitch, sway bar, fresh water lines and filter, Camco Rhino sewer hose, adapters, and black tank chemical, 30amp to 110 adapter, 30ft 30amp extension cord, plus a champion 3400 watt generator for camping away from electricity. Only issue is the minor sun damage on the countertop by the faucet where the blind was accidentally left open when stored. This was factored into the price so don’t plan on haggling over it. It’s been a great little trailer for us, we have just started tent camping more so it doesn’t get used.
