Undercarriage is solid wood and in excellent condition other than some scratches in the front but can easily be covered with touchup paint. Futon includes bed and bedframe. Have extra pair of covers and and pillows for a complete couch look. Amazing stability, solid and doesn’t creak when laying flat on bed.
