I am not typically one to leave a bad review, but considering the amount of money spent, the lies and unfulfilled promises, I feel obligated to do so. I had a clear title trade in (valued at almost $40,000). They low ball me even after promising they would not. Only when I stated I was leaving the dealership were they miraculously able to honor the original amount promised on the phone, as well as the promised price I seen online when I first called. They tried to increase the sale price by $6,000 for things that were obviously already on the Jeep when it was traded in. I pointed out the tons of white paint spots and streaks on the entire driver’s side (someone obviously hit a large paint bucket/can) and was assured it is nothing their detail department cannot handle. Another issue I pointed out was that the headliner was halfway hanging off. I let the salesman (Mo) know I was already approved for a loan, and he stated that he will see if he can get me approved for a different one with an even lower interest rate. Only during the process of signing papers do I notice he told the finance department to choose a different finance company from the one I stated I was already approved for, and it had a HIGHER interest rate. Maybe he would have received an extra incentive if I chose that bank instead? It was corrected and I signed. The finance manager stated I may want to get the things the salesman promised in writing; I found that to be odd. At this point it is dark outside, and while some of the paint spots were removed, most were not. I am told it will come off after I wash it a few more times! Uh, no, wrong answer! He then tells me to bring it back for another detail. About 15 minutes after leaving the dealership, I happen to notice the alignment is off. I text the salesman and he states to bring it back in a week (Friday) and he can have it fixed, as well as another detail and fix the headliner. I finally arrive home with my Jeep and excitedly look through all compartments. The compartment under the back seat is filthy! There are old cookies, candy wrappers, crumbs, and trash from the previous owners. It means it was not detailed prior to being put online for sale! I texted to let him know and he replied as if he was disappointed with the detail department; I cleaned it myself. I texted him the following Thursday to remind him I am taking a vacation day Friday so that the issues can be corrected, and he confirmed it is good to go; he will text with the time to bring the Jeep. Friday arrives, and around noon, I still had not heard from him. I reach out and he states he just learned the alignment guy called in sick, so it cannot be done. I guess they have only ONE person who can do alignment? I go ahead and bring it in so the detail shop can remove the paint and the headliner be fixed (as promised). After over one hour of waiting and no type of update, I take it upon myself to walk around the dealership, locate my Jeep and find someone who can give me my keys. I could not wait any longer. The salesman never came back around OR reached out to me after that day. Nothing he promised was completed, I am now ignored and had to pay $105 to have the balancing corrected MYSELF! It is disappointing because I had complete faith this dealership was legit. I plan to purchase three more Jeep Gladiators for my business, but it will NOT be with this dealership. The salesman (Mo) told me lies, tried to play pricing and financing games, and allowed me to leave the dealership with promises he never intended to honor. And to top it off, NOW a service light came on. I can only assume they manually made the light NOT show to make a guaranteed sale that day. On a separate note, two weeks after purchasing my Jeep, I see it posted for sale within Facebook Marketplace by a different salesman from the same dealership. I assume it is for click bait purposes? For fun, I sent a message asking if it is still available and located at the dealership. The response I received is that it IS still available for sale and at the dealership!
