Includes: • Futon frame (metal) • 6-inch mattress (comfortable, still supportive) • Memory foam topper bought in Oct 2023 (adds a lot of comfort!) The futon easily converts from a sofa to a full-size bed. Great for guest rooms, offices, or small apartments. Decorative pillows not included. Why I’m selling: Needed a bigger mattress for guests. Pickup in Mira Mesa Easy ground-floor pickup. Can help load.
