I casually put in an inquiry not thinking much of it and Lance was prompt in getting back to me in such a no pressure way. Now, I don’t know how common this is, but he let me test drive at my home and drove the car to me! I had some issues installing a charger and his supervisor, Matt, sent me THREE electrician’s numbers! He did my payment estimates via text and also we exchanged a few short low pressure calls. I had a very short window to pick up the car and he gathered my info remotely, so when I arrived, the paperwork was ready and I was on the road in 20 minutes!

Brandon in finance was informative and not pushy and had some great stories as well.
