AutoNation Subaru in Hunt Valley has always done very good work in servicing our three Subarus - Ascent, Forester, and BRZ. They do quality work, and do not attempt to sell services and parts that are not required. They always follow up to be sure we’re satisfied.

For this visit, I brought my BRZ in through Express Service for what I thought was one of the smaller service intervals. Service Advisor George correctly pointed out that I was actually close to an important 150,000 mile interval, which required more shop time than express service. George quickly arranged a free loaner car so I could leave my BRZ, be on my way, and come back the next day.

During this visit, the tech also noticed one of my wheels had a cross- threaded stud (where the lug nut screws on). That was fixed at no extra charge. Good catch!

Overall I had a very good experience with informed people and a clear process. The dealership was serious about giving us a good price, beating other offers. I appreciate their help in learning to use all of the capabilities in the new car. What keeps it from being a 5 was the hard sell around extra add-on protection plans in the financial office. It was the only time the process seemed "old school".

Found my dream car here with the help of a sales associate named Bilgesu aka Billie :) she was incredibly helpful. Took a list of my “wants and needs” in a car and helped my drive away with the perfect car. I would definitely check this location out if you are in the market for a car.

Shannon was great, very calm and helpful, looking for options that suited my needs and preferences. There wasn't anything on the used car lot there for me today, but she brought up several alternative possibilities that could make a lot of sense for me -- including leasing a new vehicle, which I hadn't previously considered as an option but she was able to create an offer that was well-suited to my requests. I took my car there because it has an oil leak and they found that it needs a new head gasket.  I made an appointment to take it back to get it fixed.  In the meantime I received an email asking for an honest review of my recent visit there.
The service was good but not excellent so I gave it 8 out 10.  I then received a text message from my Service Advisor asking why.  I told her and she didn't like my response and told me to go elsewhere.  She then canceled my scheduled appointment.  I rescheduled  and that was promptly canceled also.
Crazy thing is that my car has a Warranty from Auto Nation
