2020 Subaru Crosstrek

Fresh clean excellent condition lightly used Subaru. Only driven 6 months after new purchase. Parked securely and never driven during 4+ years since 2021. Mechanical systems inspected appear excellent. No visible dents or damage. Cosmetic superficial scratches on exterior. Serramonte Subaru (Daly City, CA) and CarMax (Daly City, CA) separately inspected this vehicle on 12/27/24. Both presented positive reports. Current Status: This is estate sale of a lightly driven Subaru in excellent condition. The solo owner passed away in 2023. Car has been parked unused in garage. Duplicate DMV title just arrived so I can initiate sale. History: Retired elder owner purchased this 2020 Subaru as a replacement for older Subaru. A few months later, doctor ordered this elder owner to halt driving and alerted DMV to revoke drivers license in 2021. The owner honored the doctor orders and DMV's revocation of drivers licence. To comply, the owner safely parked this vehicle at home and registered as 'planned non-operation' (PNO). To protect this Subaru, I flatbed towed it to Serramonte Subaru for a certified technician multi-point inspection. Positive report (attached). Subaru technician recommended a minor service maintenance to restore safe operation, which I approved and paid. New battery installed and oil changed on 12/27/24.
