Hi for sale I have my 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution that has been fully built. I have over $20,000 worth of receipts from Lucas English down in Oregon who fully built this Evo 9000 miles ago. It has a fully built 2.4L block 4G64 with an Evo 9 turbo. Brand new transmission, car makes over 450WHP on 24 pounds of boost. It has a full set of enkei wheels with newer tires, full set of coilovers, upgraded brakes & rotors, oversized sway bars front and rear, carbon fiber hood paint matched, evo 9 front bumper, full exhaust. You will not find a better built evo for the price. The body only has 125k miles on it. The list of modifications go on and on but there is 20k between the built engine and new trans.
