I Have a 1999 Ford expedition XLT 5.4L V8.. This expedition needs some work.!! I use to drive it daily to and from work 32 miles one way/64 Miles round trip.!! Just changed jobs and work out of town alot but still drive it often. It does sound loud needs tailpipe fixed previous owner cut both pipes off after the muffler meaning yes it still has a muffler and converter on it..!! ( It needs inner and outer tie rods on the passenger side so it does currently have a slight pull to right.!! I have brand new in the box inner and outer tie rods for the passenger side.. So will most likely need a realignment after fixing the tie rods.!!!! ). ( Fluids all stay full it doesn't have any leaks..!!). The shifter mechanism is broken by previous owner as well so it is shifted from park drive exc down by the floor board. I have no clue what the previous owner did to the shifter have never opened up the steering column since owning it..!!! Have had no problem with the motor or and transmission.!! But could probably use a spark plug change who knows have never taken the old ones out have had no problems with it starting running but may have a slight vibration or at least at times who knows don't really have any problems myself with it/any..!! Currently does not have the 3rd seat in it still have the seat just not on hand at this moment.!! All power locks and windows work. Rear windshield wiper broken to hell.!! But have never needed the rear front works fine.. it's a beater with a heater but i believe myself driving it daily those miles to and from work it's a decent running dependable SUV. May not look pretty or sound good cause of the exaust but i have no issues with driving it.!! ( Check engine light is on because i had all the 02 sensors changed and 1 come unplugged.!!!! 900.00 $ or best offer.!! No i won't take 400-500$ for it. I'd just keep it if that's all anyone would pay for it.!!!! Does have tow package.!! And not sure the story with 4 wheel drive have never needed it so have not ever engaged it to on since ive had it.!!
