Selling my 2014 Forest River 30ft ultra light 2604 WS with bedroom and two slide outs as is. No leaks, some cosmetic repairs needed inside such as a tear in matress and dining table seat cushion that can easily be replaced. Will need two new batteries to operate lights. Has two slide outs. RV currently parked on land located in mountain of Idyllwild off 243 highway. Buyer will need to make arrangements to pick up RV, preferably with a 4x4 truck as it needs to be backed up and driven through a narrow dirt trail of the location. RV was brought and placed at location using same route. Clean title at hand.
