The car was exactly the same way as explained. Still explaining and patient until we examined the car left right and center. Tomas’s expertise and genuine care, keen on maintaining his reputation, was evident. He even allowed me to take the car alone-without any of their men accompanying-to a reputed car service franchise to get it examined! No gimmicks, no pressure.
