Volkswagon 2.8L 12Valve V6. 87 octane Gasoline Engine with peak horsepower well below 3,500rpm! Incredible cornering, no bounce thanks to VW design aided by new Bilstein shocks and air springs all around. A "home-away from-home" on wheels, fully equipped for short trips or lengthy vacations. Or for guests to stay in the driveway even. Details: As you move into the main living area, you will see a cabin sized retreat filled with everything you need while traveling away from home. The kitchen features a refrigerator, two burner range with overhead cabinetry, a microwave, a kitchen sink, and a pedestal table for dining. This coach features a bathroom complete with shower, toilet, and a sink. More features: Main A/C up front in the dash. Also one additional A/C evaporator above the middle seats evaporators (advised to run both front systems if one is on). The rear coach 7100 BTU rooftop A/C works perfectly. This one also has a fan mode which ensures comfortable climate control. Propane heat is a little noisy or needs lubrication but works fine still. Upgrades available still from the maker. Also has motor-aide heat off engine coolant while driving or just running engine while stationary. Small but convenient Stainless-Steel Sink. New Approx. 2 CuFt 3-Way Refrigerator. Microwave has a recall I learned so unplug after use and Samsung will give a $250 credit towards a new one. Wet bath/shower: Offers bathroom facilities. Hideaway Pedestal table: For rear dining. Two rear bench seats convert into a near queen-size bed. The two middle chairs convert to about a full sized bed +- 8 seatbelts in total. But check max weight limits. So one average adult driver and 7 teens or adults averaging 120lbs are the max. Slightly more is fine for short trips/soccer class etc. 2 TV’s with built-in DVD players. Has existing raisable antenna and a connection for more at the trunk. Has the auto switching landline power adapter so just plug into the new exterior 30Amp standard round male plug receptacle. Wired backup camera ready to be connected to the stereo of your choice to enhance navigation and safety. Newer speakers existing, Non smoking vehicle for cleanliness. 2.8 kW Onan Generator (Gasoline with only 180 hours on it): Provides power off-grid. Generator Works great with new carburetor, plugs, oil, gas/air filters as well as every four line besides the braided one under the passenger seat. Fresh Water Holding Tank: Capacity of 20 gallons. Grey Water Holding Tank: Capacity of 9 gallons. Black Water Holding Tank: Capacity of 13 gallons. Well maintained, cared for And inspected underneath, no small accidents detected beyond the normal parking lot bumps to the cosmetic skirts and bumpers. One skirt seemed to have been replaced with new. Could very easily be painted. Gross Vehicle Max Weight loaded : 7,275 lbs Dry weight unloaded about 6200 lbs Light enough & short enough in length to park without permits in all but the busiest ocean front cities. Also low enough in height (8.5 feet) to go through any drive through during “dining room closed” fake but real for many.. medical mandates etc.
