Great car-buying experience.  The guys were friendly and proactive in making sure we were taken care of, even before we arrived (we were coming from 2 hours away for a particular car, so I called the day before to make sure it was still available.  They called me the day of to make sure they had the right car ready for me to look at).  And before I drove off the lot post-sale, Leo came out to make sure I had everything I needed and all my questions answered.  All in all, a great experience.

I’m so thankful i got to work with James Bautista! Honestly a great guy, someone who I’d even hangout with if given the chance. Very patient and had no problem with me test driving multiple vehicles and broke down the entire process of whether i should trade my vehicle in or sell it and put more money down. We decided to trade. I ended up leaving the lot in a GORGEOUS Volkswagen Golf R in Limestone Gray Metallic. The tried and true DSG (best Dual Clutch auto in the game). By far the most stress free and fun experience I’ve had at a dealership. I’d also like to give Leo who I believe is the GM there, funny guy and cares about his employees and customers. When you go in ask for James!!:)

This is the epitome of why used car dealers get bad rep. I went there to help my wife find a new car. High pressure, bait and switch, auction cars, rebuilt titles it has it all. But the icing on cake was flat out lies and taking advantage of my wife in her first car purchase. She works very hard and this place totally lied and cheated her. Run don't walk from Leo and his crew. I negotiated a fair price for my wife. On paper and verbally. I had to work next day my wife went with written figures which Leo agreed to. He switched the loan papers and sold her the car at higher than list and higher rate than agreement. When I called back straight to voicemail and will not call my wife or myself back. This place feeds and runs off the backs of hard working community members. Do not waste your time this place is there to rip you off nothing more. He was higher than list and she traded in a 2000 dollar car he stole about 4000 dollars from my wife. Down payment and trade in were completely stolen.

I celebrated buying my car with ZAG a few months ago. My advice to anyone considering buying with ZAG would be to take the car to your dealer for a thorough diagnosis before making any payment. My car has given me numerous problems, and the last piece of advice I received was to go to Nissan for a software update, which turned out to be untrue. The car wobbles significantly at 60 km/h, and I have had to call for roadside assistance multiple times due to stalling. I took my car for inspection and received a quotation of $2400 for a replacement of the  Serpentine Belt, Low pads and resurface of rotors, engine filters and cabin air filter. Despite these issues, I'm happy to say that I had an excellent sales experience and want to thank Daniel for his outstanding assistance in helping me find my first perfect ride but all my efforts to try and reach out to management where blocked.

I had a GREAT experience trading in a car here. It was my first time doing so, and and agent, Carolina, spent 40 minutes on the phone with me explaining to me how the process works. Her coworker, Aisha, contacted me later to follow up. I felt very prepared going in.

I then went in person to check out a car and met with James, who was nothing short of excellent. He was both professional and personable; I felt very comfortable with him. The finance manager, Ali, was also extremely generous with what he offered for the car I was trading in.

I ran into a really stressful situation regarding my license and car insurance; this turned into a three-day mission of jumping through hoops, and James was with me every step of the way. Every nerve-wracking moment was worth it, though, because the car I financed is perfect for me and worth every penny.

My only complaint - and warning to incoming customers - is that, if you need a co-signer, even if you complete the form online, you will need the co-signer with you in person to provide a wet signature. They do not accept DocuSign or a phone call to provide consent to signing. Had I known this, things would have gone more smoothly, but James and Ali helped me find a workaround.

Both James and Leo were very diligent in following up with me after I was finally able to take the car home, and I really felt like they all cared about me as a customer. I could not recommend Zag Motors enough, and will definitely be doing business with them again in the future!
