Beautiful Ethan Allen Arcata (grey) Sofa & Ottoman, with dark brown wood trim/legs - it’s only a couple of years old, and I am only home half of the time. No stains, rips, or tears. From a home that is smoke-free and pet-free. Selling because we moved and discovered we need larger furniture in the new place. Original price for both pieces was about $4,000 (including taxes). Back and seat cushion covers are removable and machine-washable. Arm rest also has removable and machine-washable covers (as seen in photos). Attaching photos from the website (in the color these are) so you can find more info/specs if you would like to look them up. For pickup only - we’re not able to deliver.
