Saw a car here that I wanted, contacted Gustavo and he held the car for me until I was able to finish the loan process on my end. Came in, signed some paperwork, about a half an hour later, I drove off the lot with my new car! BEWARE: this place is a scam. I let them change my oil. The next oil change I did it... these scammers put the wrong oil filter on my 2019 Hyundai Tucson. This place is lucky I’m a nice person about this incident. Next person might not be as cool. Do your oil changes correctly. I don’t want my money or another scam oil change. I should of bought a oil tester.

I am very satisfied customer, I went to Arax auto and they have excellent service.When I went in they helped me with getting finance. I put 1,500 down and I got approved for the rest for an '05 Infiniti G35, which the car is in a great condition, I love the car a lot and I love how they have excellent customer service. They work with people that have bad credit.I reccomend Arax Auto Sales to my friends and family and to every one else.

Absolutely, a most positive ,life changing, rewarding, experience.These guys respected me like family ,from beginning to end.They were honest,in fact, my car was nicer than they had even told me.I flew cross country to these guys,the car was there waiting for me,flawless!!They had the perfect car for me for the right price.I was searching for months around the world,i gave these guys a deposit,unseen,they held the car for me until i got to them due to the winter weather.As i arrived, and was picked up from my hotel to get my car,i was shocked, beyond belief,for joy,as the candy that was before my eyes, holding back my emotions ,(i did not want them to raise the price on me)lol.The car is everything and more than i expected, exactly what i wanted.Jorge & Gus were my genuine honest sales people.True bros,when i closed the deal i met Gary,a great standup, knowledgeable,respectful, guy,he treated me like family.I am now.They are Ten  Stars in my book,the rating system only allows five stars anyways.Needless to say, i am a certified automotive technician so it only compounded there integrity and honesty.I am very proud of  Gustavo,Jorge and of course Gary.It is grateful to say ,it was not a Destination it was a Journey.I love you guys!! thank you soooo much !!!most definitely heartfelt and a rewarding experience !!!!
