Very comfortable sofa made with high-quality pinewood frame and no-sag cushions Condition: Good make / manufacturer: HOMEGLANCE model name / number: (model# 8511BK-3) size / dimensions: 86 x 36 x 39H Inch Please note: There was a small seam tear that was repaired on the back of the sofa. This was not a construction flaw. I foolishly tried to move the sofa by grabbing the top right corner. Sofa is located in a very clean home right by the University of San Diego.
