Boat and trailer for Sale 1990 Bayliner Capri 20 ft turns over doesn't run

This is a 1990 Bayliner Capri 20 foot bow rider. Comes with a mercury force 120 outboard, tilt / trim, newly upholstered seat cushions (I used quality marine vinyl), new alpine speakers, AM/FM radio(cassette doesn't work), new battery, trailer has new tires, new rims, new hubs, bearing buddies, new lights, new hand Jack and new aluminum supported plastic fenders (safe to stand on). New leaf springs. On the interior, the seats are showing some cracking and wear, there are two small soft spots in the floor, the engine has had the carburetors rebuilt and turns over easily but there is no spark. Mechanic on the phone suggested it could be a faulty kill switch. This boat needs very little work to put on the water in my opinion. I am only selling it because my wife gave me permission to buy a fishing boat. I have title in hand and the registration on the boat and trailer are good until September 2018. The boat has been kept under tarp cover since I have owned it. Previous owner kept it covered in the carport. I am not desperate to sell so the price is firm serious inquiries only please.
