Topeak mtx quick track gently used. It has a main compartment (padded) that’s approximately 11.5” long (inside) and 6 1/2” at the tallest and a pannier on each side (each 11” deep and 10” wide) . Would probably work good for a commuter, I’ve never used the panniers because I just used it for casual riding. Also included is the Tooeak bike rack with the rail that this bag slides and locks into which goes for about $60 on amazon. The only issues are some of the zipper pulls could use a little cord because the pulls ends snapped and a bit of dust on the outside from not being used. Cash only
