Great condition, just replaced: Stern mount with bell housing, Starter, Raw water pump, exchaust manifolds, engine water pump, bilge pumps, spark plugs. Ready for Catalina (spent there two weeks last summer) Can easily accommodate 6-8 people for overnight stays. Little condo on the water. Comes with 11' Zodiac dinghy and 6HP Tohatsu outboard. Current storage space accommodates lunching and retrieving of the boat. No need for a big truck, no need for the hussle of the lunch ramp, just one phone call and the the boat is waiting for you in at the dock, and the same thing for the retrieval. Just leave it at the dock when you done and call them to retrieve it for you. That's it. The boat is storred at the dry storage that accommodates the above service included in the monthly fee. You just enjoy boating. Uder proper circumstances I would consider PARTNERSHIP on it but only with very experienced boaters that have years of boating experience.
