Unfortunately my son was only able to use this once for an hour when he was 2 weeks old so it is in excellent shape. He is now too attracted to hanging forward and breaking my back so the carrier is out lol. Baby can face either in or out and go on your chest or your back. My son was normal size when he was born and was able to fit comfortably in this. I don’t remember the actual lbs but I believe it is 5-7 on the small size and goes up to somewhere in the 30 lbs range. Purchased for $110 if I remember correctly. $25 or BO! Thanks for looking.
