We purchased a vehicle from here two months ago. Our vehicle is still facing major issues. After reaching out to the dealership numerous times within the last week, no one will return our calls. Our tags have expired and they were not replaced, we didn't even receive another set of temp tags. We have been pulled over and received a citation for this reason. First there was the supercharging feature that was disabled by Tesla. Not even a month later, about ten other features have now become disabled. One in particular making the car nearly impossible to steer. The car is nearly impossible to drive yet again. Clearly this is how they've done business in the past and have gotten away with it. I presume because of the lemon laws in PA they feel they can just rob their customers instead of building lasting trustworthy relationships. We were told ny Deena, the car is being sold to us just as Tesla would sell it and I'm 1000% sure Tesla would have not sold us a car in this condition. They certainly would not have treated us this way as they stand behind their products and vehicles they sell. This is extremely disappointing. We've even contacted Dillan the Sales manager and he has also not returned any communication. I encourage anyone looking to invest their money in a good reliable vehicle to keep looking, this is not the place for you. Now we have to jump through a bunch of hoops with their State Attorney General's Office, the FTC and BBB for assistance. It should be illegal for EasyAuto be able to continue to operate as a legal business with these practices. I wasn't even going to leave a bad review as I didn't with the first occurrence. They've literally left us no choice. We didn't even know this was a buy here pay here dealership. Had we known this, we would have stayed far away. Going from certified dealerships to this is been truly beyond frustrating to say the least.

Be aware guys !  if you trying to buy a car from this dealership! Avoid as much as you can ! You be thank me later ! Very recently I got scammed! So I was brought Buick encore 2018 with 80663 miles on it ! on June 9 2025 around 5 pm ! Which cost me around 23000$ includes fees taxes etc ! So after 2 days on June 11 around 4 o clock ! When I was start my car check engine light was pop on! and I was so surprised ! And same time were realized this dealership totally fraud with me ! So I was only own this car for 47 hours ! And I was only driven the car 39 miles in those 47 hours before light pop on ! after this all happened ! I were call this dealership and asked them to return my car ! As per  pa law and buyer right ! Because car have a major problem! So They totally refused it and hang up on me ! My salesman Paul you was totally dishonest ! And misrepresenting the product to me just for his sale !so this dealership simply just reset the check engine light and Sold to me ! This junk scraped car for around 23000$! I don’t deserves and Nobody else deserves this scam ! after spending hard earned 23000$ ! Interesting thing is i have to paid off this car for next 72 months ! Never happened before ever in my life ! and not with any friends and family members ! And was never heard this kind of scam !  Like we brought a car after spending 23000$ and check engine light pop on ! I am seeking justice ! For this 23000$ fraud scam with me ! By this dealership! Thank you very much !

could leave 0 or negative but holy cow does this place suck. this car is not worth what they think. on top of the fact the dealership itself put a FORD BATTERY IN MY CHEVY TRAX. a yr later battery is drained and completely shot. get a grip of yr mechanic and workers bro.

Amazing and a great sense of humor. Deena was determined and confident all the way to the end. I’m beyond thrilled to be leaving with my Toyota today.
