Description

Produced by Royal Devon in 1979, this collectible porcelain plate features Norman Rockwell’s work entitled “Mother’s Evening Out.” Measures approximately 8 1/2” diameter. Features thin gold edge. The plate depicts a scene with a Mother preparing to go out for the evening, while her daughter and a dog observe. This scene appeared as the cover illustration of The Saturday Evening Post on October 21, 1933. This plate is in excellent condition. Colors are rich and deep. No chips, cracks, repairs or crazing. Cash only. Pickup in New Hyde Park, Nassau County, Long Island.
