Overall positive experience with a few blemishes.

Positives: Carlo and Jorge were great and took really good care of me. I was talking to a colleague about my car shopping woes, and how terrible some of these dealers are (checkout my review of Brickell Honda) when he pointed out that for the price Honda were offering, I could get a Cadillac from Vera. My colleague connected me with Jorge and he was 100% right. For almost the exact same price, I got a Cadillac Lyriq instead of a Honda Prologue. Carlo was incredibly responsive to me via message (he still is). Financing went through quickly and overall one of the better shopping experiences, though lots of hurry up and wait.

Cons: there were a few that are noteworthy. The most negative thing was that my *new* car had 568 miles on it. The original info sheet on the car was that it had 40. I spoke with Carlo about this, and he apologized that it wasn’t communicated that cars are occasionally used for “manager demos.” I think that is generally ok, especially because this is a lease, but that wasn’t entirely transparent and would have affected the overall vehicle price. Secondary to that, the car was not delivered in acceptable fashion. Carlo and I found large food crumbs, and afterwards I found multiple more crumbs (including in crevices), smudging throughout the vehicle, and random packaging parts still attached. Finally, there were multiple scratches both inside and out of the vehicle. Carlo agreed this should not have happened, and the scratches should have been buffed out, but there has not been any resolution as of yet.

Again, overall a positive experience with notably blemishes. I’m still satisfied with the purchase and the vehicle, but hope these issues can resolve.

The level of attention and care we received was outstanding. Our salesman, Alain Espinosa, went above and beyond to guide us through every step of the process and ensured we always felt supported. He was patient, thorough, and made sure we understood every detail. My partner and I have visited many dealerships over the years, but this was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable experience we’ve ever had, all thanks to Alain.
