2005 Honda Odyssey Touring 189696 miles ( 9500mi p/yr avg ) CLEAN TITLE IN HAND - Leather seats - Heated front seats - Sun roof - Very nice High quality tint on all windows done by Smart Film in Mesa ( receipt with sale of van ) - New Cooper tires from 2024 with road hazzard warranty through Discount tire ( receipt with sale of van ) - Full size spare with new tire from 2021 - New battery ( receipt with sale of van ) What needs work: - Needs to go to licensed A/C mechanic to figure out why it’s only blowing air and not cold air. - Passenger rear door needs a new door motor so it’ll fully latch closed, as of now it only latches partially. Both rear doors still open and close manually. - Passenger window regulator needs replaced This van was a great vehicle and ran well. I would have kept it but had no time to take it to an A/C repair shop with how busy my schedule is. KBB has this with a private party value of $3302. I’ve listed here as a fair price $3200.
